  Monica got our refinance done in a timely manner! Previous refinances with other companies dragged out for months and we had to keep resubmitting updated paperwork. With Monica we submitted what we had and she asked for anything else she needed only ONCE. We were approved for the amount we wanted and the closing was quick and we had the funds soon after. Thank you again Monica!

  This company was beyond amazing. The team was active every step of the way. They answered questions and explained things clearly. They ask for documents up front and ask for updates when needed. They can close in 21 days and they are phenomenal. With the help of Prejon Bynum this team was perfect.

  I recently refinanced my home with CrossCountry Mortgage. I am not a tech savvy person. I wasn't sure if refinancing my home on the internet would be too difficult or confusing for me. Monica Jones, my loan agent, helped me through the whole process. She always promptly returned my calls and emails when I had questions. The whole process went very smoothly and now I pay $500.00 less on my mortgage! I would definitely recommend company to obtain a loan or refinance an existing loan.
