  Not a member. I went in to exchange a $50 dollar bill for 5 gold dollar coins. After the cashier pulled them out, someone else related they couldn't do it for me because I am not a member. This is a poor way of building new relationships. A better way to handle it would have been to ask if I wanted to join the bank. I am very disappointed in poor customer service and policies.

  Branch is closed more often than not. Two years into the pandemic, there is no excuse for unscheduled closures. New faces greet you on every new visit; employee retention appears a hard to grasp concept for management. Get your act together head office!

  The wait time is always a minimum of 20 min. There’s always only 1 teller!!! Manager is rude and condescending seems to always be on the phone and too busy to assist customers! I try avoiding coming here but have to sometimes since it’s the only one in Benicia. What happened to the days of customers coming first!!! I could go to Vallejo and back have saved time!

  Why is bank always close here, it’s inconvenient to have to close most day when other banks companies are open

  The wait in this location is unacceptable. They were closed for months and months now the have ONE TELLER! ALWAYS LIKE THIS. Used to be a great location. Best in area not now. Customer Service has left the building at BOA.

  Not happy that my local bank has been closed sence late March. I have to go to Vallejo to do the banking. Not a friendly neighborhood,etc. This has gone on for to long. I want my friendly tellers back, the service back, or I'm moving all assets somewhere else. SOON ! 20 years In benicia.

  Question: Would you consider installing carpet for the line of customers to wait on? Standing on hard cement for twenty minutes, hurts everyone's feet.

  This branch is a zero. No one in the worle should have to worry about your bank being enemy. We put are money in their hands and we should be able to trust the money will be there. or even if i worked all my life so all that i worked for is available only for me. Nope not benicia branch at all. My mother inlaw has dementia , not only are they playing off of her age also they have changed her name on her savings account and when we went to change it they wouldnt show us the name on the account was put back to the original they only assured it was correct. i even asked if they would print a page so we could see. nope they said they couldnt. theres even more im running outta battery so i have to hurry and post
