  I find that they genuinely care about the client and take the time to walk them thru the process. Unlike most lenders, they allow clients and realtors to actually speak to the Underwriter. Upper management is also very supportive and available. Great teamwork. When I get a Pre-Approval letter, I know that I can trust that the client really is approved. They value their professional reputation in the real estate community and go the extra mile.
