  Absolutely pointless. I got stuck at work and could not make it to my bank in time, I was referred to money tree, just to be told they can't help me because they have never heard of the largest used car and RV dealer in Spokane.... Told me to come back when she could verify that it's a real business, after making me provide the paystub and all supporting documents from said business. Do not waste your time..

  I go to the moneytree on division and I have nvr had a bad experience there and they don't charge that much compared to other places I've been too, staff is always nice to me no matter who I get to help me, I also felt like the process was fast and easy, they definitely come in handy if ur low income like me on ssi

  I was with my significant other and Rhonda treated us pretty rudely. She interrupted us multiple times, had us repeat every other thing because she wasn’t very attentive due to the fact she was more concerned about getting our descriptions for whatever reason (I understand fraud most definitely happens, however we were very polite and honest.) I caught her just staring at me multiple times, without a smile or greeting. Definitely felt judged walking in there- It was my 1st time and most definitely my last.

  Wonderful Customer Service!!! Traditional banking is not for me, Moneytree is the one stop shop for my financial needs. I hope they are around as long as I am, so that I never have to settle for something inferior or untrustworthy. Also I spend 5 mins or less everytime I visit and I have been a customer for over 5 years. So don't expect that 15 minute wait unless you are applying for a loan.

  I've always had wonderful service here and the ladies are very nice. They never hesitate to help or find the answer to my question even if they themselves have to ask a co-worker they make sure that they have a satisfied customer when im leaving. Plus they all love my dogs..

  There is no visable address on this building. That isn't good. Crystal helped me about a month ago and she very poor with customer service. She wasn't friendly and had a rude attitude. I decided after 2 visits to do business at a different money tree location. Customers deserve to be treated better then this.

  I needed a cash advance. The woman who helped me advised that a signature loan would be the least expensive way to borrow. How cool!! Thanks money tree!!

  Just wanted say that I really do appreciate their willingness to work with you on paying off loans. In those times where you're just basically paying them a monthly fee, and just taking out the same loan up til the 8 month, short cut off period; they give you also an option for a payment plan. Totally awesome! :)
