  This place never disappoints. Their customer service is superb compared to other money loan places. Ace Cash Express, the lady their is very rough around the edges, not friendly at all. I also tried Check Lenders, they didn't accept my online application. Moneytree makes it really easy. They even offer to help you print your paystubs. I bank with Chase which makes it even easier. I was in and out with cash within 10 min. Fast friendly service. I highly recommend this place!

  Whenever I’m in a bind moneytree is my go to. The rates aren’t that bad and they’re a rare company that seems to do the little things right and seem to actually care about you. They don’t smoke me with late fees if I’m a week late either and work with you. Also being self employed can make showing proof of income a hassle and moneytree offers various ways to show proof.

  This isnt the first time Ive been here but I must say everyone here is super nice and helpful. My first time here was for a loan as I found myself in a hard spot and everything went smooth and easy. This time I got my refund as a check and no one else could help me but Thaman. She was excellent!!! We came across a couple of snags here and there but she got us through it. 100% gonna return, if I ever need to, without hesitation.

  Do not come to these crooks to cash checks they charged me 150 to cash my check but unfortunately I had to do it cause of circumstances never use these people they steel money from you

  This company called me and my fiancé directly in order to confirm a check amount that was issued by an individual who stole our checks. They called to confirm that we wrote a check and to call to make sure we authorize it. We did not write that check to that person and they immediately helped contact authorities, got the individuals name and other helpful information in order to catch this person. We were helped by two wonderful employees and we can’t thank them enough for showing diligence and respect to not only those who come in physically but to those they need to contact to make sure that all transactions are done legally and responsibly. Thank you again!

  I went to Ace to try to get a loan and was denied because my credit score was too high. Really!? So I called around to explore my other options and decided to try out Moneytree. The staff greeted me as soon as I walked in and they seemed truly happy to help me. The process was simple and I was easily approved. It was the best experience that I've ever had at a pay day lending place. Thanks!

  Awful place been there twice now and called both times before going to make sure they accepted my bank for loans. Got there both times and was told no. This last time the lady at the window was a total smart a** about why they don't accept my bank. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone In need of cash because if they cant help you and you ask why not they will just be rude about why they won't help you and send you out the door with even more anger then you walked in with.

  I'm a new money tree customer. My first visit, I was in and out in a matter of 10 minutes with cash in hand. Advance America doesn't compare. They even do 6-month payment plans. The rep also helped tremendously in making the process quick and painless. I'll never go anywhere else.

  I went to Maria on a day where I was struggling to make ends meet for rent. I had previously worked at a loan company and thought that I would get denied because of how things were done in my experience. I was surprised to find out that I was qualified for a small loan that got me closer to my goal of meeting rent. Maria was extremely understanding and helpful. I also like that they give you time to pay it off rather than just every paycheck. Thanks, Maria! <3

  Wonderful customer service, everyone was very friendly and helpful. The whole process was less than 30 minutes in and out. Paperwork was simple and all the staff were happy to help. I will go back to Money Tree for my short term cash needs again.
