  I have been so blessed to have been helped by not only one, but two, very helpful young ladies that work at the Overland location! Both Krystal and Hailey have listened to my concerns when I was in need of their assistance, and helped me to have a great outcome. I wish nothing but the best for both of them! Definitely a delightful experience to say the least. Most businesses and people that I have encountered in the Boise area haven't had a tenth of the couth that these women have. I am grateful for their ability to do business with high standards and integrity. Thank you so much, ladies!

  I absolutely love coming to this branch of Money Tree. I have been helped by the branch manager Krystal several times and she is just the most pleasant person to interact with. Honestly, this is one of the best places to lend from!

  Absolutely amazing service above and beyond easy to communicate with was in and out in no time at all will definitely be doing business with these amazing people again!! The branch manager is so sweet and kind couldn’t ask for a better experience!!!

  Don't be fooled, this isn't really a tree of money. I thought it was and drove here. when i arrived I realized it was that place with the commercial of the human caterpillar. I liked the commercials as a kid.

  Crystal and Jim were amazing! I have been running around all morning trying to get a check cashed and I had even gone to the bank the check was drawn on and no one would help me. Money tree made it fast and easy and I have the money I needed. Thanks Crystal and Jim!

  I wish that I could give zero stars. I have visited this location many times and always had a good experience with friendly and helpful employees. Today however I dealt with a young lady that I have never interacted with before and she ruined not only this location specifically but the business as a whole for me. She was rude, snarky, condescending, and extremely unhelpful. I will never return here and plan on contacting management in regards to my experience today. I have never walked out of ANY business feeling so disrespected. Absolutely disgraceful. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere that customers are actually valued.

  That was honestly the best service ive had in a long time. It was quick and easy. The man that helped us was wonderful! I will be back
