  While on the phone with my friend I heard the manager my friend told she is the manager her name is Julie she was being very disrespectful to a customer on the phone I had a very bad experience you just don’t do that to any customer at all I honestly felt bad for the receptionist named kira she was embarrassed you can tell on her face but kira is very sweet and professional there has to be a change they really put kira as manager that store will run much smoother and it will be a better environment and better experience for everyone honestly

  Can we get someone in office that’s not 89 years old trying to operate a computer. Terrible service due to someone that doesn’t know what they are doing. Nobody should have to read their card number off 5 times. Get some better hearing aids.
