  Wouldn't recommend! Very upset by how I was treated by Adriana. I wont consider another loan. Lack of basic customer service, no communication skills & over all snotty. I called in this morning to discuss my ACCOUNT only to have her talk over me and say , I processed your payment with the card information on file. Let me just say I had no issue making my payment, but yet she still talked over me! I never gave her verbal authorization to charge my card! I called in requesting information on my loan. Didn't even acknowledge my questions. She then lied about how she never heard me, but yet she talked over me mmm OKAY!! WORST customer service at its finest!

  I love them. I locked my keys in my car and they were there within 45 minutes to help me. Great people, great company. I would highly recommend them to anybody

  The team here is extraordinary helpful and sweet. They do everything in their power to get you the help that you need. They also don't try to force any of the extras or make you take more money than what you need or ask. Hema was who started my loan, and then Adriana finished with the process. They can even put your loan directly into your account for instant funding. I will for sure be coming back here whenever I need help. Thank you so much!

  I don’t usually write reviews but let me tell you that I am extremely happy with my experience at world finance on Broadway. I came in extremely upset. Unfortunately World finance was my last choice to pay my rent. I’ve visited other loan places and they just had such a steep interest and would not work with me. But the moment I met Adriana she completely understood my situation and walked me through every step to understand everything. She worked with me with the intention of actually helping me and not just so she can get something from me. I’m so grateful to Adriana. I’ll never make the mistake of not coming to her first when I’m in need of borrowing money! I strongly recommend Adriana from world finance on Broadway to everyone!! Thank you guys!

  Honestly I had to pay off some bills that caught up to me and walked by a world finance. Didn't know what to expect never got a load before. Adriana welcomed me with a warm smile and great and real attitude. She helped through the process and made sure I understood it all. I highly recommend going to world finance on Broadway and speak with amazing and caring Adriana.

  Hema and Adriana are godsends. They continue to be extremely flexible and helpful in understanding where I’m at and what’s available to me. World finance makes me want to pay back my loans.
