  This was my first experience opening up a small business account. I chose United Texas Credit Union due to my past experience in opening up a personal checking account with them. The staff always has smiles on their faces. They are efficient in what they do. Whether it's a transaction, opening up accounts, or helping me with my banking needs. I never feel rushed and if I am in a rush they help send me on my way! I really recommend UTCU for ALL your banking needs. Next, is to apply for a car loan!! I just adore this Credit Union.

  Since 2012 I have been a member with the United Texas Credit Union (UTCU). As a Business Owner, I often noticed quality customer service, in all industries, is becoming a rare commodity. At the UTCU Northwest Branch (Braun Office) genuine quality customer service is prevalent and thriving and is further accentuated with staff professionalism; Ms. Marcy Trevino, Operations Supervisor and Mr. Adolfo Martinez, UTCU Branch Manager. As proof of the Northwest Branch professional customer service, I will share my recent bad dealership car purchase experience. This May 2022, I purchased and financed a car from a dealership. After the purchase, I recognized that I blundered! I then visited with the UTCU Branch Manager, Mr. Adolfo Martinez, for advice. He provided solutions and took action to minimize my “projected” financial lost. With his tutelage and my consent, the car was refinanced. He recommended I purchased the UTCU Multi-Shield Protection Package instead of the dealership protection package. Mr. Martinez suggestion saved me $4663.00. With the combined savings of $4663.00 and a low interest rate resulted a total projected savings of $12,600.00. The impact of his tutelage, experience and wisdom is lifelong which I now share with my family and UTCU referrals. Thank you for allowing a most satisfied customer to applaud the staff at the UTCU Northwest Branch, Mr. Adolfo Martinez, Branch Manager and Ms. Marcy Trevino, Operations Supervisor.

The type of service that is rooted in doing what is best for customers and knowing how to provide options that lead to workable solutions.   I have been with UTCU for some time now. I feel as if though I can count on Adolfo Martinez or Marcy Trevino for any financial needs or advise. I wouldn't trust my money with anyone else. UTCU is my kind of Credit Union!

  I rarely have to go to a United Texas branch, but when I do, this is my branch of choice, because the staff at this location are always extremely friendly and helpful. Today they went above and beyond to help me get new checks with some flair. They took the extra time to show me what checks they offered, so I didn’t have to use a (less secure) 3rd party online website. In addition to checks, they ordered me a replacement card, and assisted me in making a withdrawal. I’ve stayed with United Texas because they offer fast (in & out in under 20 minutes), personalized service, they resolve issues quickly, and their customer service is exceptional.

  I have had many loans with UTCU and have always been pleased. I want to give a big shout out to Adolpho. He has been very helpful with whatever I need. I couldn't ask for a better banking experience. 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We just moved to Texas from Georgia and needed to open new accounts. Marcy and the staff at UTCU were very gracious and hospitable.

  This places is great don’t get me wrong but if you have any issues regarding weekends or nights involving your card, banking, or trying to process big payments, fraud on your card, or trying to transfer money through venmo, paypal and cash app without involving issues especially if these issues are on weekends or nights it is nearly, completely impossible to get ahold of them on the weekends or night hours and you might be screwed for the rest of the night and the weekend until weekday.

We do offer limited 24/7 live telephone support for members, however, the services available for our after-hours service are primarily card-related. We are actively working on a project related to your feedback, which is expanding the full support hours for our Contact Center so that we can better respond to issues like you described.
