  I opened up a minor account and the process was easy. I filled out a couple of forms. The process took about 45 min, which was the bad part, however the staff was nice and helpful. I just had to stay in my car and the staff came out a few times for questions and signatures.

  Hi today I went to the location of 1604 & culebra, and Edna was the one helping me that day, she was amazing, her attention to detail and the effort to answer all my questions was amazing, best service I have ever gotten anywhere for that matter, we need more people like her at all other banks, thx guys.

  I went to Security Service on 8/20 and needed help opening a new account. I was having trouble finding available parking with the new curbside assistance. So, Edna Goyang invited me inside. She was such a blessing to me with all her help. Also, very kind and patient. 5 stars for sure - Thank you!

  I've been a ssfcu member 20+ years. the cx service from this location is exceptional. one of the senior cx reps Mrs Abby Guajardo, is great with helping out with cx service needs. the branch has excelled with its new manager/leadership.

  1604/Culebra location: I needed Notary assistance and went to the outside entrance since the lobby is closed due to covid. I was greeted by Edna Goyang who very quickly and efficiently provided excellent service. She made my visit a very pleasant one. Thank-you Ms. Goyang!

  I took my loose change which I had been saving for years and they have a coin counting machine their. Unfortunately there were no signs saying that they didn't accept rolled change at the teller. I took my slip from the coin machine to the teller along with 4 rolls of coins and $1 bill. After standing in line for over 10 minutes I finally got to the teller and she promptly advised me that they do not accept rolled coin that I would have to go back to the coin machine and put the coins through and come back. I did so and when I got back I thought I had left my slip with this teller , she promptly corrected me in a loud voice in front of the other customers which embarrassed and humiliated me. The Manager was cordial and apologetic when I reported the incident. Customer service stinks there.

  I just wanted to let SSFCU know that Ashley found the needed paperwork that I had requested and returned the necessary documents in a timely manner. She was very polite and courteous.

  Edna is wonderful and very thorough! She answers all my questions and makes sure to go above and beyond to help me. Whenever I visit the bank, she is always very kind and welcoming.
