  I spoke with Maranda at Amax last week to inquire about car insurance for my brand new car. She walked me step by step on what coverage works best for me, she cared about keeping me and my family safe under the right policy. She made my stressful situation in to an enjoyable experience!   10 out of 10 will definitely recommend. I ended up not getting the insurance (I decided to stick with the one I have) but I'm definitely going to keep them in mind for future references. Maranda was the best she was SUPER helpful.

  Elvira used to take care of me for all my insurance needs. I called to this office a few days ago hoping she’d be there but the girl that answered informed me that Elvira was no longer at this location. When I asked her what office she was now at she refused to tell me. So unprofessional! I called a couple of other Amax’s until I finally found her ! Thank goodness! In case you’re looking for her, Elvira is now at the Fredericksburg Rd office.

  Went in for a quote with Margie and Miranda asked for Sandra a previous employee I didn’t know was no longer there . They were talking about her unprofessionally . I can only imagine how they talk about customers when they walk out . I will no longer be using Amax for my insurance policies due to the bad customer service !

  I would like to say the Manager Sandra had awesome Customer Service. She treats her customers with Good Care. Sandra also makes sure that her Clients are well taken care of. Regard less if it’s her helping out with an issue or one of the other Girls on the Team. Thanks for all that you do for Us.

  I was very busy the day I got my new car so I thought I'd try car insurance over the phone A-MAX is recommended to me is very good service and reasonable rates and they were not kidding I had excellent service the rates they even went out of their way to get me lower rates. Margie there was excellent customer service . Now all I have to do is get into an accident to see how good the carrier I chose is. Oh my did I really say that?

  Selena at A-MAX was a wonderful help to me on a really bad day. One of those days where it seems like you're just waiting for the other shoe to drop..,..my anxiety over getting our insurance issues was for nothing....lol It was quick, efficient and most importantly to our budget, it was an excellent price
