      This company is making excuses and withholding the funds to be released from the proceeds on the sale of my home. Avoid the use of this establishment at all costs.

      An escrow company is an intermediary for all parties, and we cannot disburse funds that we haven’t received. This lender failed to process the wire to fund this sale in a timely manner but we were happy to wire your proceeds to you upon receipt of the funds, no additional charge to you. Your complaint should be filed against your buyer’s lender, not Momentum. We are not the lender and cannot legally disburse until we receive all funds. Thank you.

      Strongly recommend NOT using this title company because if something goes wrong after you close regarding the title you will hear crickets! Tried emailing Laurie multiple times and hear absolutely nothing! Very unresponsive!

      Did great on the costing of my house. Wish we could have done some of the paperwork different but they still got it closed on time with the picked date.

      Their food was ok, the atmosphere is terrible, this used to be a cozy family place to get great fried chicken, now it is just one large room with a bar, not very family friendly anymore.
