Steven Carl1Can't stress enough to NEVER use Fifth Third for any services at all. Have had absolute terrible service over the years!!! I wish I could give negative stars. I tried to cancel my account over the phone on 2 separate occasions because I don't live in Jeff anymore but since there was an account balance they weren't able to send the forms to close the account. Instead I was charged "Dormant" fees until my account went negative and then they were "allowed" to close the account. The oh so nice lady on the phone said "since there is no longer a couple hundred dollars in the account because the fees used it all I am allowed to close the account". So, I am beyond frustrated with 53 banking and have been for years. Can't stress enough...DO NOT GO TO FIFTH THIRD!!! Go to Centra, or absolutely ANYWHERE ELSE!

Hugh Scott (Mustang Magic)1"Caveat emptor" !!!!!! I have been with this bank for almost 14 years, 3 years ago I moved all my primary business... Around Christmas we ran a check through Miejer, for 250.00 It was encoded wrong at the bank, they took 2500.00 out of my account. They said it was Miejer's banks problem and refused to fix it, so I got on the phone with Miejer and had to try and resolve it my self... I found out Miejers bank IS Fifth Third... when I brought that to the attention of this Fifth Third Bank in Jeffersonville, they had to face the music and the fact they lied to me, it did not help as my account was in the red for 5 days throughout the holidays around Christmas, I could not even shop for my 4 children. They eventually solved the problem and paid over $450 in bounced check fees but the damage was done, had I listen to their lies it would have been worse. I often wonder why I have even stuck it out,this is the worst bank and the worst bank manager I have ever encountered. The key person that handled my issues quit, ( she was smart) now nothing gets done without the approval of the jackwagon manager....so nothing gets done... A few years ago this manager put notes on the drive through cylinders that no pens would be offered to use, and if you needed one you had to come into the branch. He was eventually forced to take it down. This Fifth Third is by far the most incompetent business in Jeffersonville outside of Mc Donalds, but not by far, I finally got smart and moved my business account to PNC. I will be moving all my web-based accounts as well. You want to know why Fifth Third stock is in the dumps....bank at this place for a while you will know.

Tish Mayott1I wouldn’t even be leaving a one star but it’s the only way I could leave a review... the costumer service is absolutely terrible, came in with a good mood left with a horrible mood.. almost switched banks because of the way I was treated with this location but then I went to the sellersburg Indiana fifth third dealt with Allison and was treated awesome!!!!
