I was helped immensely with patience and professionalism, and assisted in getting a goodwill assisted repair from the Nissan Corporation. John Moor5I’ve recently purchased a Nissan NV 2500 from Niles Illinois. This should say a lot about the car (that was priced right) and a dealership who I fully trusted without seeing the vehicle in person. I spent a long time choosing a car to my liking. After I set my heart on a specific model, and after an extensive search a stumbled upon Modern Nissan at autotrader.com. I found a 2017 previously leased, used vehicle with very low mileage that was maintained well and had a clean Carfax● report. The pictures that were uploaded to Modern Nissan’s website were detailed and clearly showed what I was getting. (Candice also sent additional pictures and video) After talking to Chanel and Candice I was confident to purchase the car. By the time I arrived to the dealership everything was ready to sign off on a paperwork and take care of financial part of the purchase. The van was clean and detailed. Steven C/financial manager have explained everything and was very professional. The person I’m the most thankful is Candice Rakes who helped me the most and not only was she very professional and friendly but made the purchase less stressful and smooth. Thank you Candice! Modern Nissan is amazing! Great attitude,very good customer service! Had a very excellent experience from talking on the phone to meeting in person to driving home with the vehicle. Melissa Lane5I had the best experience with Modern Nissan. Especially my salesperson, Candice. She was great. Any questions I had, she answered. I told her the vehicle I was interested in and that's what she showed me. Candice went over everything the car had to offer and made sure I knew how to use everything it was equipped with. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. You have an exceptional salesperson in Candice on your team.

K J1Purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue this week, got a call from the bank today advising that Modern was giving them the run around and would not provide them with a invoice or bill of sales. I called the business and spoke to the Sales Manger who assured me that he would fax that information immediately. Guess what an hour later the bank called me and asked if I had made contact with Modern to obtain that information. When I called back I got some receptionist who placed me on hold forever, stated I would have to speak to the Finance Manager, probably the same one who gave the bank the run around all day. Please make sure you have all the documents you need prior to leaving this dealership or they will screw you over.
