Ephraim Harrell5I've been with Allegacy about a year and a half since merging into my wife's account once we got married. I honestly can't believe no one told me what I was missing! Hidden fees and poor customer service were just "the norm" to me at my previous bank so Allegacy has been such a breath of fresh air! I've been to multiple locations and can vouch, they hire exceptional people, and they really CARE. North Patterson is my home branch and it's always a pleasure to stop by if there's something I can't already do on the app/website. Well done!

Han F1I love Allegacy and plan to continue banking with them. However, I have had issues with cash deposits at this branch twice within the past 10 days. Both times, the same teller entered the wrong amount into my account. The first time, it was $20 less, and I waited while the manager counted her drawer. I can forgive it happening one time. Today it happened a second time, $100 less. I went inside, intending to speak to management, but the teller at the desk said the teller at the drive thru had corrected it. I informed her that the same person had made the same mistake twice in a week, and she did not offer to let me speak with a manager, she did not care. I will not return to this branch.

Melanie Wong1I've never been to Allegacy before until today but the service was Awful and the guy name Chip was so disrespectful towards me, just kept saying YOU this and YOU that instead of saying miss or sir and the way he spoke to me was even worse I'm glad I don't bank there

Steve Fields1Allegacy no longer acts like a friendly Credit Union. They act like a big bank and their customer service is AWFUL! I would recommend going somewhere for your banking needs.

June [Gaming]1Look like Allegacy getting bad reviews most credit union isn't good. Terrible service. Yesterday they on hold my friend transition. It's were ridiculous. I don't wanna team up with Allegacy anymore

Alison Hickey1I wish there was an option for zero stars; Allegacy FCU and it's staff do not deserve, or even strive for, one star. I am currently purchasing a home and unfortunately selected Allegacy as our lender. The entire process is so convoluted that I cannot easily communicate the numerous problems, but the bottom line is Allegacy does not value its customers, they do not operate as if they are in a "people-centered" industry, and their communication, or lack there of, is abysmal. Take your business and your sanity to a bank who will value your business and treat you with kindness, respect, and courtesy.
