  We have bought two cars from here. Both times we found everyone we dealt with pleasant and not pushy. They are answer your questions, and when they say they will call you back, they actually do. I have not used their service department yet. However this last car has some oil changes thrown in, so we will be trying it out. I will update how that goes in the future.

  The only way to buy a car in person. No one likes buying a car. But if you need one, this is the place to do it. CUABS has friendly and knowledgeable staff who I NEVER felt pushed by. No need to haggle pricing; pricing is fair and financing options are reasonable. I have bought my last two cars from CUABS and I am convinced there is no better, lower-stress way to buy a car. The staff works with you and does their best to meet your needs. The only “drawback” of CUABS is that the selection is not as large as a traditional dealer. I am MORE than fine with trading the selection size for the haggling and high-stress sales pitches I am accustomed to at a dealer. I thoroughly recommend CUABS for your next vehicle purchase!

  I don't normally give 5 stars, but after 3 car-buying experiences at CUABS over the last 15 years, with unbelievable service every time, I have no choice. There was really nothing they could have done to make the experience better. This is the definition of no-hassle car buying. Of course buying a used car has risk, but I believe they are very honest and forthright about the vehicles. If they have the car you want, I can't imagine a reason to go elsewhere.

  We just purchased our 3 vehicle last week from CUABS. It is the easiest way to buy a car, have never had a problem and the convenience to have them deliver the vehicle is great. Don't think we will ever buy from anyone else. Thanks so much!

  Great store great people i got a low milage 2017 Chrysler Pacifica for the family. Its been a great car . Nothing bad to say about the place very clean everyone had a mask on . Lets be safe as a nation.
