  As a first time home buyer, Charles Davis was there for my at every step. He is very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain everything in a way you can understand. Easy to communicate with over emails, text or call. I was just as pleased a year later when I refinanced my home. Just a great person to work with and I received a great rate. Loan Simple interface is very easy to work with.

  Loan simple was great to us! We had a horrible experience with a previous lender, we got referred to Loan Simple and glad we did. Marybeth worked hard on our loan she was honest with us since the beginning, we bought our first house. Highly recommended!

  Loan simple never made payments to me for use of my home office, nor did they pay for my internet. They expected my wife work overtime weekdays and weekends because she was salary. While boosting the did over a billion dollars in sales last year. Management is unable to be accessed to ask why there is no training.

  Matt was awesome to work with! He was prompt and always available to answer our questions regardless of how simple they might have been. Despite some early struggles with credit, Loan Simple got my Wife and I into our first home and we could not have been more pleased with the process and the service we received.

  Loan officer was very easy to get in touch with, even on the weekends! The process was mostly smooth. I did have to make sure to ask questions as information was not regularly offered to me regarding what was coming up or how long things took. There was some confusion about the closing date in the end and the insurance company knew the date before I did, which was disapointing to me, but overall very good company, thus the 3 star rating instead of 4. It would have been nice for the loan officer to reach out to me sometimes to make sure I understood the process or ask if I had any questions. I was a fist time home buyer.

  The people that work with you are nice, but I had a few huge issues with the company. 1) they cancelled one of my credit cards without letting me know or asking because it was thru an automated system. 2) They shared personal information with out my consent to a second party that was involved. Other than that, I did enjoy working with them, but I felt like they made a few mistakes and didn't get us the best possible interest rates.

  Loan Simple was great. They helped me close on a house in 21 days purchasing a new house, they were very communicative during the whole process and responded faster than I could send out messages. I would highly recommend using Loan Simple!
