  I received tons of calls when I requested funding on Lending Tree, and Moby was the only company that was actually able to live up to the promises they made. Their team made the process extremely easy for me to keep up with and showed me written approvals in black and white by the next business day, once I got my documents to them. I was honestly amazed they could turn around a $250k deal so quickly... it was apparent that their team puts small business owners first and is willing to make less commission just to start a long-term relationship with their customers.

  Moby Capital was amazing throughout my whole funding process. My business demands the vast majority of my time and I just don't have the bandwidth to jump through all the hoops that come along with traditional financing. After I applied on Lending Tree, Justin stuck out like a sore thumb from the other funders who were seeking my business.   This company reached out to me in December 2021 off lending tree and the phone call went great with Jennifer who seemed very eager to help us with funding which we were open to. I asked several questions about the process one being about them being a direct lender or broker and expressed my concerns about them shopping around on my behalf for loans creating multiple inquiries on my credit report. They assured me that they were direct lenders and left me feeling great about getting a 100k loan which I was approved for. Then the calls started coming in from other lenders saying they are the ones funding me and not Moby capital and after a few inquiries showing up on my credit report which by the way decreased my score 30 points I then went back to Jennifer about these very concerning issues she told me they have been breeched and they didn't send my information out at that time. I told them that I wasn't happy and comfortable doing the loan with them bc of the false information. She assured me that my file would be erased and no more contact from them. Fast forward to Feb 15 2022 I received another text saying I'm still approved for the 100k loan so today's story is they weren't hacked which I knew bc I had the other companies send proof of their transactions about me from Moby capital. Now the story is they weren't hacked as previously stated but in fact they sent it to them trying to get me a better deal without my permission or knowledge. Also as of today she admitted that my file was also not deleted that they forgot to do so but will be deleted today and now I'll never hear from them again.... I have the credit bureau looking in to this and some state agencies to see if anything was done nefarious and why I'm being told several stories of what happened. I had all intentions of securing this loan with them until I discovered the lying and double talk and looking back I'm glad I chose to not do the loan s with this company. I'm sad to have to leave a negative review but it's all the truth.

  I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and expertise that this company displays and demonstrates as it guided me through their process to aquire more funding. They were very cooperative and accommodating as I truly did not make things easy with numerous financial complications and last minute changes. They all did such an amazing job and were always an extreme please to work with. Robby was a hero. Jess was very much on top of all my questions and the whole process started with an unwanted telephone call I got from Grant Gaspard that turned me around on my intial thoughts and speculation about the company. I am glad I stayed on the phone with Grant and if you ever get a call from him yourself, don't hang up! This whole experience to obtain some extra business funding for some expansion turned out to be flawless.

  They can fund in 24 hours or 48 hours for larger balances. I have gotten $4.0mm in funding offers for a single client to facilitate a transaction that was very valuable to them that could not wait for a bank / SBA that would take 6 to 12 weeks to complete. For hard money, if you have excellent credit, and your company is healthy and growing, they can syndicate loans larger than any other lender that provides this type of capital. The cost as expected for this kind of funding is high, but relative to many other lenders providing the same programs they have provided loans at a cost that is 1/2 to 1/4 the cost of similar lenders. So if the project you have is timely and has high value and you can't wait on a bank, Moby can get you the loans that if you comparison shop will be a lower cost to repay. Also, Robby is available to call early mornings, late nights, weekends; he works to get the deal done even when he is on vacation. I've been in the financial services business for 30+ years, and if I have a client with another such need, I would call Robby - and I can rattle off the names of 20 or more companies that provide these types of loans.

  This business goes onto my companies website and uses its submission form to send me a spam email. Trying to use my own website as a means to contact me about getting a loan, which I'm not looking for. This is just as bad as robo/spam callers with cell phones. I would highly suggest stop doing this before it results in more negative reviews. Its dirty business.
