  Roan King did a wonderful job with my home mortgage. He and the team were super responsive to all of my questions and concerns and were able to quickly get me new pre-approval letters and made the closing process smooth and stress-free. They also were able to fund the closing really fast so I was able to get my keys after signing within 10 minutes. I highly recommend Envoy Mortgage and Roan King. They do an amazing job!

  Roan and his team guided us the whole loaning process during our home purchase journey. He was very patient, provided all details, and responded quickly when we had questions.   Envoy did a great job getting us through a quick closing, even though I'm a business owner which seems like it requires more documentation. Here's what happened. We (my family) saw a house on a Friday that we liked, we put in an offer on the following Monday and got pre-approval the same day, had it inspected on Tuesday, negotiated for a week with the seller and had a finalized offer the following Monday, appraiser saw it Monday and or Tuesday (not sure which) and Envoy was ready to close that Friday - 12 days after we put in our initial offer, and 5 days after we had a final offer with the seller. The title company was scrambling to keep up, so we closed on the following Tuesday after a long weekend. The quick close saved us from moving twice! I'm totally happy.

  Shabre was amazing throughout the whole process! She was always available to answer questions I had and did not mind taking the time to explain things in detail. I really enjoyed working with her and she really made the entire process very painless. I would sincerely recommend her to anyone who is not only purchasing a home, but for anyone who is a first time buyer!

  Roan King and Debbie Perry were efficient and professional.
