  Not a good place to do business. I've spent around a month a half trying to work with this company and they finally approve me until last second and then pull out the rug under my feet. Gave them multitudes of information while being a 700 plus credit score and an income over 350k and have never been late on a mortgage, ever. The lady that worked on my deal did a great job in a very timely manner but the company as a whole isn't worth messing with. Go with a real lender that doesn't waste your time.

  IF I could rate them a 10, I would. I don't usually leave reviews, but this lending group saved me thousands (over $15k) Donna @ Barton Creek, is who saved me, assisted on my loan. First off, I was originally working with another mortgage company who was trying to put in "hidden fees" thousands on a so called "downpayment" this was bigger than the original 3.5% . Had a bad feeling since the beginning, I knew shouldn't be bigger than 3.5% & some even assist with closing costs, etc, & with good credit history, what happened? I then got referred to Donna at Barton Creek, & she not only assisted me on a better lower interest rate loan, she also managed to get me a USDA Loan, which does NOT require the 3.5% down payment, and got lender credits, no hidden fees. I'm grateful, appreciative of Donna & Barton Creek for all their help on saving me. I recommend 100% (love her energy, awesome customer skills) 😊

  Chris Peter with Barton Creek Lending was awesome to work with. Always available and ready to answer my questions. He made my refi very easy and painless - especially with the COVID19 limitations. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to finance or refinance a home.

  Brandon Sparks and his team are amazing to work with! I have used Brandon on multiple occasions and I am always blown away by his work ethic and knowledge. I am a real estate agent and work with many different lenders in and out of town. Brandon is by far the best I've seen.

  This company has good service and is accountable which is what you want in a company these days. I would recommend them and would only suggest 1) they are super busy and still remain helpful, but if you need something specific that is outside of requested documents, be assertive to get ahead of deadlines. 2) ask who will be servicing your loan, investigate them and tell them no if you don't like them. I had newrez and they are awful! avoid them Other than that it should be a good experience.

  This is long overdue. I have been in my house for 3 months now and loving it. During my process of buying a house I was recommended this company. I will say Matt Powers and his team did an amazing job to help land us in the house we wanted. Matt took the time to answer the many questions I had during the process. Kept me up to date on what was going on and what needed to be done to close. I am truly grateful to have worked with Matt Powers. Thank you.

  It was a real pleasure to work with Jason Inmon from Barton Creek Lending Group: we will definitely recommend him to our friends, family and anyone looking for a competitive rate and a professional lending company. - We requested 5 different quotes before moving forward with Jason. His quote was the most competitive one. - It is our first house and we are pretty detailed oriented so we asked a LOT of questions along the way. Jason answered each of them, quickly and professionally. - Our schedule was tight: we had an aggressive closing date. Jason confirmed it was tight but mentioned we would make it. He knows exactly what he is doing and we were never worried we wouldn't be ready for closing. - Jason was very proactive and he knows how / when to put pressure on the different parties involved to keep things moving. - Communication was great: Jason shared regular updates at every step in the process. He was available on weekends and late at night the day of closing to make sure everything went smoothly. - The amount of work on our side was very limited: all the documentation was requested at once. Later on, we only had to review / sign a few documents. - The information provided to us was always very accurate: Jason was right on timing and closing costs. Getting a mortgage approved can be one of the most stressful steps when buying a house. For us, it was actually the easiest step: we quickly figured out that Jason knew what he was doing and we could just relax and rely on him. Do yourself a favor and let Jason take care of your mortgage: it will be at least one thing not to worry about during your home purchase. Thanks again Jason!

  During the process of our recent home purchase, we shopped several loan agencies and chose to go with Barton Creek Lending based on a recommendation from a co-worker. We could not be happier with the service that we received from Jason Inmon at BCL. Not only did he get us the best interest rate possible, he also navigated the inevitable bumps in the road with true professionalism.
