  We love our new home! We are DACA recipients and we were told that we could not buy a house because of this. We talked to a lot of people who gave us the same answer. My husband then heard Ignacio Segura (who is partners with Carlos) on the radio and decided to give him a call. He immediately answer and gave us a chance! We then meet Carlos Gaztambide who took care of our loan and was very professional and efficient even though we are just 21 and 19 years old. They both took very good care of us and in less than thee months we found our dream house, were approved, and moved in! We will definitely be recommending this team to our relatives and anyone who is the hunt to buy a home. With this team anything is possible, if we can do it you can do it as well!

  I've been friends with Carlos Gaztambide since I started school. That's right. We were together in First Grade and also graduated from HS. He has being my mortgage counselor for over 29 years, whether I am searching to initiate a case or simply because I needed to learn a specific product or trend. Talking about going the extra mile? Carlos is the guy. He is a doer and one of those professionals that makes things happen within their field. As a human being Carlos has them all: honest, integrity, friendship, sportsmanlike, team player, etc. We are one of those friends that already miss him that he is in TX, but we know TX has gain a great professional and friend.
