  The MK Capital team was great to work with. They got out 3 loans for us and closed in 2 weeks! Kevin literally closed the purchase of the 3 properties for us, it cannot get any better than that. The terms we got are extremely favorable and tailored for the project and my financial condition, even if it was my first year in the industry. We pretty much got guidance from him, from the offer to the closing through the preparations of SOW, which saved me money with our contractor. Looking forward to working with them again on my future projects. Highly recommend!
