Haven't had a bad experience with the Tellers but their ATMs always have issues. Only one ATM is currently operating at this location out of a total of 4. Thats ridiculous, I came here last week and the problem was the same. Update: all but one of the ATMs are still out of service, more than a week later and nothing has changed.

      Response from the owner

Thanks for tagging us in on this, Remy. We got your feedback in front of the right eyes.^AS

Warning!!!!!!! Avoid this branch the employees are disrespectful and very lazy to the customers who at the end of the day pay their salaries. I don't understand why the management doesn't take any action even with so many complaints?!?!?

All the bankers I met were very helpful (Ami, Evelyn and Rafael). I am thankful for their excellent service

The worst! Always a long wait because there aren't enough people & some customer reps are soooo slow. It took over 1 HOUR for rep E_____ to open a cd when I am already a customer, they have all my info & id. I was then late for an appt. She kept staring at the monitor & moving the mouse around. What?? Most banks can do this in 15-20 minutes. Even taking out a small amount of cash ($100) at the teller takes forever as they stare at a screen, rescan your id 3-4 times, go back to the screen...Avoid this branch!

      Response from the owner

Time is a terrible thing to waste - we hear you on this. Consider your feedback in front of the right eyes. ^MS

I can see Capital one being first to lock up their doors and your money in modern depression... I’ve encountered serious technical flaws trying to complete an online wire transfer and even getting a cashiers check. I came to bank with debit card entered pin my passport and they say they need to do additional identity verification. They call me and their phone system is flawed and broke doesn’t work... It seemed like they were just trying to find excuses not to give me my money.

Opened a checking account yesterday online, and went to this branch to ask a question about ATM deposits. The manager, Vladimir Guerrero, was so distasteful and unpleasant, that I've decided to simply close my account. You'd think they'd want new customers, but I guess not.

      Response from the owner

Hey Victor - This isn't at all the vibe we're going for, and it's not how we want this story to end. While we understand it may be too little, too late, we'll pass this along to our leadership team for review. We'll also document your post to ensure your sentiment gets in front of the right eyes. ^JG

Unacceptably slow service and no personability to make banking here even slightly desirable. It's a shame they have a presence in the community

Friendly and corteous service, especially the one teller I had. She went out of her way to be helpful and greeted me with the most beautiful smile I have ever seen behind a glass window.

This lotcation always has a long line and move very slow, although the tellers can be nice it doesn’t help with the 20 mins you have to wait every time
