  Have to say this is one of the best banking experiences I have ever had. Coming into the branch I had what I thought was a complex question but the branch manager James was able to quickly help me even while the branch seemed quite busy.

  Bank of America is the best bank, I received a call to review my professional relationship with this bank and accounts and I was asked if I was happy. I went to this location and received great customer service, friendly smiles even if the staff was busy. Manager introduced himself and asked if he can provide any assistance, very knowledgeable!

  Always a pleasant experience and the staff is very professional. The financial center manager, Mr. James Holman, is always willing to go out of his way to make the customer happy. He's very helpful, knowledgeable, and always has a smile on his face.

  Okay service. Clean facility. Went on a Saturday, gave the banker our name, was told we were the 2nd in line. Waited for about 15-20 minutes when a second banker approached us and asked for our name. They put us in their system and told us that we were 3rd in line. Waited another 10 minutes and were helped. The assistance we were given once we were being helped was good, but the wait and miscommunication prior between the bankers gave us a sour feeling.

  Avhik is very intelligent. He goes out of his way to assist me with my banking needs. He is a great person. Amazing customer Service skills. Great experience. He is God. Make him the boss.

  I came here to cash a check In spite of me not being a Bank of America costumer, the financial center manager Ms Danielle Cruz went out of her way to help me out! Such kindness and willingness to help is indeed a treasure and I hope that the Bank of America will be wise enough to cherish it as I do

  Usually a great experience with the customer service. ATM machines are a plenty. The only negative design of the layout is that the tellers are on the 2nd floor.

  You can't get into the ATM after hours. A few weeks ago, they installed a new card reader that opens the door to the are where the ATMs are, but it doesn't work. This was weeks ago, and they still haven't fixed it!!! So frustrating to not be able to get cash.
