  I stopped by here before I went home because my federal credit union branch was closed for the day and I saw that this one was a shared branch. I wanted to do a withdrawal from my savings account and the receptionist was letting me know that my member ID number was incorrect. I explained to her that it was correct and the receptionist was not a bad person she was trying to help but I understand she was trying to go home for the day. One of the other receptionist blatantly told me we close in three minutes and I was shocked she said it to me like that. I told her back you guys kick people out when you’re doing transactions? Then All the way at the back this Indian looking lady manager, told me rudely it’s a security protocol to close. They asked me to call my bank although my credit union was closed for the day I tried to call their support line which is 24 seven.Altogether their system had an error and I was left with a bad attitude because of the Indian managers tone. I don’t recommend this place to anyone I would not refer anyone to go to this place because of the bad attitude.

  Horrible experience. I visited this location today to withdrawal my funds from my shared branch account (another CU). First the cashier told me that the maximum amount I could withdraw was a lot lower than what my branch permits... and then she didn't accept my form of ID (a government issued US passport card). The manager came out and also rejected my ID, even after I pointed out that it's a legal government issued document. I don't have a driver's license and this is what I use for absolutely every paperwork that requires a photo ID. They basically kicked me out of the place with 0 intentions of guiding me or helping me find a solution. NOT RECOMMENDED if you're not a member. They will not help you.

  Worst CU ever. The manager is kinda racist and she has bad manner. She even turned around without me finishing speaking. Super rude. CU is generally famous for its good service, but they should be ashamed of their bad service. Really stubborn management. Never want to go there again!

  Came here to withdrawal cash while visiting from out of town. They have a high withdrawal limit and I was in and out in less than five minutes. Great experience.

  I can’t speak for banking, but it has an ATM which is very convenient for people in the neighborhood.
