  Worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Have drove a hour up there for them to fix the ac on my car several times and works for a day and quits. Would not suggest. Lights were broken and supposedly couldn’t get a mount for the first two months I had the car and I got it fixed in a couple hours at a body shop in town. We are talking about a 30k$ car as well.

  I just recently purchased a Mercedes GLE 350 from Dewayne Walker. He provided excellent service. He made my buying experience smooth. He even delivered the car to me in Olive Branch MS. The General Manager Kendrick Vaughn was awesome as well. He located my vehicle in Jackson MS and had it transferred to Tupelo for me. I would recommend you going to see Dewayne Walker if you are in the market of purchasing a new vehicle. Very professional and excellent service! This is my 5th vehicle that I have purchased from Barnes Crossing Automotive Mitsubishi and I would never shop anywhere else!

  From the experience of buying my new Outlander from them till having it serviced twice now... I have had only great experiences.. Everyone involved in the sales/financial offices were the absolute best... and I can not brag enough about the service Dept!! Quality people all around!!

  My experience with Barnes Crossing Mitsubishi was great especially Kendrick Vaughn and Anthony Osborne. They went above and beyond to make sure that my husband and I drove away with the car that we wanted. If I had to rate them from 1 to 10 I would give them a 10. Once again thanks guys for all that you did to help us.
