Tracy Bregenzer1I found a recall online & it happen to my motor exactly what the recall stated. Call Kia & had my kia towed there. They lied & changed their recall to a leak in the oil pan I still owed 11 payments and they said the discontinued my motor. They are unprofessional & don't stand behind their recalls & they never contacted me .

Brian Miller1AWESOME BUYING EXPERIENCE!!!! I honestly couldn't believe how friendly everyone was it made the experience unbelievable. Special shout out to Katelyn for setting it up and our salesperson Cody who knew the Sorento inside and out and made sure we didn't leave until all our questions were answered!! Unfortunately after I purchased the vehicle service went down rom there. A sensor went out the first of August that controls the majority of the electronics. can not get the service department to return my phone calls or emails. I was lucky and got someone on the phone one time and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken with. If I had it to do over again not sure I would purchase a vehicle from here to frustrating!!!
