Pastor Tony Suarez5I've own three homes in my lifetime and have NEVER had an easier time with the purchase of a home as I have, working with Donna. The entire process was smooth. As someone who travels for a living I value and appreciate the ease of the process, the ability to do most business over the phone, internet and such and most of all Donna's out of this world customer service. I'll definitely be calling her again!

Jennifer Rushing1Do not use! It was like pulling teeth to get any information. I was a first time home buyer and this was a horrible experience! Lender was not honest and up front. Everytime I turned around things changed what she said wasn't what she meant and then she didn't come to closing because she knew she was not honest and I lost $1,500 (that was for a home warranty, ect.)that I was supposed to get at closing all because the lender didn't do her job properly. Do not waste your time or energy. She also knows I didn't get my money never even got so much of an apology! Horrible horrible customer service. Definitely won't use in the future if I ever buy another home. In response to what Donna wrote. No I did not go against what she told me to do I did exactly what she told me and the reason there was no longer a realtor is because the home was for sale by owner - no realtor was needed to be involved. I trusted Donna and she lied to me MULTIPLE times I have the proof she was sent the entire contract and she knew was the seller wanted and what the agreement was between the seller. The initial type of loan was a VA loan in which when I sent in for it it stated said I did not qualify but instead of waiting and appealing it because I should have I did what Donna suggested. I did EVERYTHING that she suggested at every point because I trusted her, don't be like me. And under write only asked twice for extra documents it was Donna that did not get them in on a timely manner. I think I may just call corporate since you can't seem to tell the truth. I told you up front and several times after that I needed updates we were moving SEVERAL hours away and I have 3 kids and my job will be relocating I have to ensure everything was aligned this wasn't moving up the street. And everytime it was still like pulling teeth to get information or I got misleading information. No need to try and "bash" your client that choose you and didn't have to. Also, yes I did tell you there was an issue you not only did I the closing attorney did as well. They called you the day of closing. So, you have a great day. Hope you enjoyed the commission you made off of ripping someone off. :)
Response from the ownerResponse from the Loan Officer: Ms. Rushing initially was working with a Realtor and then decided not to use one. In reference to the $1500, any monies exchanged outside a lender’s transaction is considered an inducement to sell and therefore I specifically told her that sort of thing could not be a part of the loan transaction. Any other aspects of a contract, other than contract price and closing cost, is why a Realtor should always be involved in a purchase of a home - especially a first-time home buyer. Ms. Rushing informed me she qualified for loan product that she actually did not qualify for. As a result, I suggested an alternative loan product that I knew she would easily and quickly be approved for. However, Ms. Rushing did not take my advice and insisted on the loan product that I informed her would be very difficult, given her specific situation, to get approved for. This loan would have to be manually underwritten and that the underwriter would continually asked for proof of various things, which they did. This is exactly what happen. The underwriter continued to asked for more documentation just as I warned her would happen. In the end, we got the loan closed and it actually closed a day ahead of the scheduled closing date. While it is my goal to attend all of my closings, on this particular day I had 3 closings that were all scheduled at the same time of day and was unable to attend this closing. I spent 30 minutes at each of the local closings and called texted Ms. Rushing to let her know, that although I could not attend, I was on standby if she had any questions or concerns that I could help with. She never indicated there was ever an issue.
