Mitch is always 4 steps ahead in the process and in his communication! I know when he approves my clients that we will make it to the closing table every time! There’s not a lender out there more hardworking, caring, personable, knowledgeable and up with the current times and market conditions. He has your best interests in mind and will get you the absolute best deal hands down. If you’re someone who doesn’t do anything unless it makes sense then use Mitch for your home loan because it simply just doesn’t make sense to go with anyone else!

  Mitch is the best loan officer you could ever ask for. He will grind to get you the best deal! As first time homebuyers we had lots of questions and Mitch answered all of them as a true expert, even the dumb ones! Very response to text and calls, like he will answer any question within 15 mins no matter the time of day. If you’re building, talk to Mitch before going with your builders “preferred lender” to avoid getting forced into a bad deal even when immediate savings are promised. Overall we are highly satisfied with Summit Home Loans and Mitch as our loan officer.
