  Adam was a HUGE help in buying our house!! He made financing so easy! Unfortunately other areas of our deal fell apart and he got us through the financing process twice and it was painless and quick. I will 100% use Adam again and will recommend him to anyone buying a house. Adam spelled out exactly what the process looked like and held our hand through every step. He was super responsive and even answered calls and texts after hours. Through the whole process I had confidence that the financing aspect of the deal was taken care of. Adam even took the time to walk me through the technical numbers of everything and teach me what it all meant. Multiple times he took time estimate monthly payments for houses we were looking at to make sure we were getting into the right house for us. Maybe you had good experiences financing a house in the past but I promise you’ll have a better experience if you use Adam!

  Adam and his team do great work! As I shopped around for a refinance, he was referred to me and I found that not only is he responsive, efficient, and a good communicator, but he was also able to get me the lowest interest rate and closing costs of the group I had provide estimates. The process with Adam and his team was seamless from start to finish, and they made every step of it easy through their communication and diligence. There were no surprises along the way. I can't recommend him and Summit enough!
