  Working with Chris and Aubree made getting our mortgage done a great experience! They communicated clearly and regularly and helped fill in the gaps where there were some strange lending areas because we were purchasing the home out of a trust. They were friendly, helpful and patient and took a lot of the pain out of getting our mortgage done. I highly recommend Coventry Mortgage of Utah!

  We could not be happier that we chose Coventry mortgage for the purchase of our home. Not only did Chris and Aubree treat us like family, but they got us such a great rate. We shopped around and looked for a great rate and reasonable Closing costs. Chris was able to beat all other offers by a substantial amount. He walked us through the process and took the time to help us understand everything. Closing was a breeze and happened so much faster than anyone else.   You won't regret going here for your mortgage, Chris is on top of everything and will help you make best decision. I love that he was available, on time, and responsive. Our previous mortgage, while not terrible, missed one of our appointments completely and would take days to get a response. We feel really happy with the entire process, Coventry mortgage was giving us excellent help before we even decided we would go with them.

  Chris and Coventry Mortgage were wonderful to work with when we bought our vacation home a few years ago. Chris made sure that we got the very lowest mortgage interest rate and met every deadline even though the property was at the other end of the state. Our realtor balked a little at the extra effort and details that were needed, but Chris asked him why he would prefer that his client not get the best just because he didn't want to do a little bit more work. We trust Chris and recommend him and Coventry Mortgage to all who have need of a mortgage company.

  Coventry Mortgage has done several loans for my clients. Chris and his staff are great to work with, fees and rates are better than much of the competition and they can get you qualified even when some other lenders can't because of their overlays. Check with them before you decide who to use for your home mortgage. You'll be glad you did.

  We absolutely love everything about Coventry Mortgage! Chris and his team have helped us on several occasions with refinancing as well as just being there to give advice! Chris is extremely knowledgable and I always know that he will give us advice based on what is best for our personal situation. I never have to second guess our financial choices because I know he has our best interest at heart and will point us in the right direction. When we were refinancing we had all sorts of issues pop up and Chris and his team were so amazing at making the process feel so smooth and easy on our end when I know how much extra work they had to do in the background to get the job done for us!   Chris and Aubree at Coventry are the best. We've done 3 or 4 loans with them and every time it's perfect. They're fast and responsive, and everything just flows perfectly. The rates are as good as you can get anywhere. So I would say if you want a slow, sad process, where you get depressed about the rate and the service and wonder if you'll ever get to closing then check out the boring people at your local bank. But if you want sharp, smart, friendly people who know their stuff, then holler at Chris and Aubree.
