  Credit union is fine if you live in the area but online banking is spotty and they've just spammed me for over a week to leave a review so here you go pls leave me alone now.

We share your distaste for spam and would never permit its use.   Easily the worst experience I've ever had. Months of no call backs. No emails. Kept me in the dark about my loan payment. Don't choose this CU over any other in town, even if they give you a good rate. I've had better customer service from my cell provider.

  Unfortunately,this credit union is not equipped for a Pandemic. They offer no electronic identity verification. There solution was to show up to the bank or drive-thru and expose their staff to Covid-19. Or you can send a letter in the mail and a copy of your ID. In the meantime, my son can't do any online banking. However, the staff is usually very friendly and professional.

We are sorry that we currently do not offer an electronic identification option, however, we go to great lengths to protect our member’s personal account information. If your son continues to have difficulty logging in to obtain his information, please have him call us.

  Best Company For Loans!!! Have had a boat loan and 2 Car loans through them and never have any issues. So easy and don't even have to drive down to sign paperwork they can send all paperwork and can sign on smartphone. Amazing.

  We have given the bank several chances, thinking maybe its just one employee. What it really comes down too is they don't listen, and they do what they want. Because of their actons they have costed me, and my family a substantial amount of money. My family and I will not trust them with our money, neither should you.

  The building it’s self is great and really good service. However, the website needs major adjustments. It never cooperates. If you need to deposit, withdrawal, or transfer use the app or go in person

  No after hours assistance! My card got locked on a Saturday afternoon while I was at Comic-Con with my children. Can't get it unlocked until Monday when they open.
