  This was our second time using Lacey and her team at Summit Funding. They make everything so easy and are sure to check in every week with the loan progress and to do list. Everyone is always helpful and kind. Even with Covid this was a great experience. We were able to do everything online until our closing date. Thank you!

  Lacey and her team are AMAZING! They are top notch in educating and communicating with the clients, and closing ON TIME. Even though Lacey is ranked as a top lender nationwide, she still takes time to meet with the clients personally to find the best rate or program to meet their specific needs.

  Lacy, Tylor, and the Summit Funding were so wonderful to work with. They walked us through the entire process making sure we fully understood every option we had when buying our second home! We were moving from several hours away so having their help to make sure everything went smooth and on time was huge!

  What an excellent experience! In 2021 I think we have all heard the horror stories by now. Taking months to close, missing out on homes selling 30k over list, and so on. Lacey, Amanda and the team at Summit Funding made this wayyyy faster and smoother than I previously thought possible. I was asking questions and receiving replies within minutes. I threw them curveballs up until the day before closing and they never missed a beat. I believe it was 26 days from my accepted offer until I got the keys?? It was fast guys. Not to mention, beyond the great experience with staff, they acquired me a rate that was more than a point lower than I was expecting/quoted elsewhere. (If you’re not a math person, that is YUGGGEE) Thank you ladies so much for all your hard work! You took a process that is extremely stressful for most people and made it enjoyable! Highly recommend! If I buy again in the future, I know who I am calling!

  My fiancé and I are first time home buyers and had no idea how and where to begin financing a house. Lacey and her team at Summit Funding were awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and patient with our never ending questions. Would highly recommend if you are first time homebuyers!
