  Academy Mortgage is great. As a first time homeowner going through this process it was straightforward. Even with buying during the holidays they worked fast and the additional services they offer during the moving process is great. Even after closing on our home they are still kind and check in and even send a awesome homeowner gift. Chris and his team are amazing and anyone would be lucky to work with them.

Being my first home buying experience, I didn’t have particular expectations but not once did I fear the guidance that was given.   Academy Mortgage is the best Mortgage company I've dealt with. Chris and his crew go out of their way to get things done and right the first time so nothing had to be done over and over. They are very good at what they do. They understand the person needs and go out of their way to see that the client is happy. I trust them anytime I need help with the purchase of a home. If you aren't using Academy Mortgage and Chris and his team, you are making a mistake. They offer free assistance in getting things set up like internet, cable, utilities, and other such services. So if you are in the market for buying a home you definitely need to get away from the norm and check out Chris and his mortgage team. You won't be sorry. They also set you up with a team of realtors that work with Academy Mortgage and they will be there for you all the way through till closing and after. A team deserving 5 stars at the least.   Chris and his entire team were absolutely GREAT! Very knowledgeable and extremely responsive (often after hours). Chris truly went above and beyond, taking care of things that I’m sure were beyond his (or his team’s) responsibility to ensure a timely close. I’ve had multiple homes/mortgages and this was hands down the smoothest and most stress-free experience (coming from someone who works in the finance industry). Highly recommend.
