  I was referred to Mission Pacific Mortgage by a close friend who had recently used them for a refinance and was pleased with their performance. After selling my house, I was looking to purchase and contacted Mission Pacific. My experience with Robert was very rewarding. He is more than just a mortgage broker that will fight for the best loan and interest rate. He draws upon his extensive experience to provide advice and develop strategies for creating strong offers that that keep you, the buyer, in a position to pivot or negotiate in this extremely tough seller’s market. Robert will make sure the deal servers your overall goal and offers valuable insight into the pros and cons of all parts of the deal, from financing to concessions. It took me seven months, multiple offers, and a cancelled escrow before I was able to successfully close on a premium property with an offer just slightly above asking. Robert was there every step of the way offering guidance and helping me keep things in perspective. Without him, I am certain I would be in a much different position in a lesser quality property.

  I was looking for someone that would help me with a refinance on my home and to get some money to remodel my home. Robert Boladian was referred to me and I’m sure glad I contacted him. I’ve refinanced my home during the past years when interest rates soared at 18%. That’s right 18%. Slowing working it down to 6.5% years ago. I talked to Robert about what I wanted to do with my home, and he assured that I was in good hands. Truly I was in good hands. Robert got me to 2.75% loan with taking enough money to do a complete remodel of my master bathroom, kitchen, and complete stucco. Along with painting my fascia boards and eaves.   Robert was truly a God send to us. He handled our mortgage and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Months later he contacted us letting us know of the drop in rates. He ran the numbers and showed how it would be a great idea to take advantage of the rates for they were at record lows . He streamlined the process, it was done before we had anticipated.   Robert has been amazing from day 1. I was a first-time home buyer and had close to zero knowledge of the process. Robert took the time to explain everything, in detail, step by step. I never felt pressured to close the deal, on the contrary; he always listened to my concerned and gave me great advice. He also went above and beyond to help me with much more than the financial aspect. I can’t imagine a friend in the business doing more, and that’s what it felt like for the 2 months it took to close escrow. He got me a fantastic rate and worked with me to find the most efficient financial course of action to take.   Robert was great! He took the time to explain everything to me until i fully understood all of the numbers. He has interactive programs that make it so simple and easy to do everything that encompasses refinancing from seeing charts showing you all of the rates and all of the numbers that go with that rate, to uploading all of the required documents quickly and easily and even to reviewing and signing the usually overwhelming amount of paperwork. I would highly recommend Robert to anyone I know with confidence!
