  I knew from the minute I started working with The Nick Dawson Mortgage Team that I was working with the best in the business. As a self-employed borrower I had a challenging time trying to get a loan elsewhere. That’s when I found The Dawson Mortgage Team. Nick took the time to understand my situation and was able to structure a great loan for my family and me. As a CPA I deal with many clients and their lenders who seem at best incompetent when it comes to their knowledge of the client’s tax returns and income sources. This was not the case with Nick Dawson. Nick’s knowledge of flow through entities and their effect on financing availability was a breath of fresh air. Throughout the entire process Nick and his team were able to think outside of the box, they were informative, they took charge and always had my best interest in mind.   My wife and I have owned our home for 12 years. Our equity has increased yearly, but so has our credit card debt. In addition, our line of credit came due 3 months ago. Our payment went from interest only at $400.00 to over $1,500.00 per month. I contacted Nick Dawson at First Choice Loan Services so I could refinance my home loan and also do some debt consolidation. As expected, we were asked to provide a lot of information. Unlike 12 years ago, everything is somewhere in a website. At 70, I’m not real computer literate, this wasn’t a problem for Nick and his staff. They were all full of great information and talked me through getting the information needed using email and websites. None of his staff ever talked down to me or made me feel uncomfortable while they were instructing me how to proceed. Working with Nick and his staff was never stressful. The terms of the ReFi were exactly as presented 2 months ago. Great company and great people to work with. Even signing all the documents was easy. The notary was amazingly organized and explained what every signature was for. On the scale of 10, I will give them a 10. Amazing to have everything paid off and just have to make the monthly house payment now.

  Nick and his team are incredible. I've closed 3 new homes with First Choice and refinanced all of my other properties. The best part is they never leave you in the dark. You know exactly what you're getting, they educate you throughout the process, and you're never at risk of any hidden fees. That's a rarity these days! I've recommended Nick and the crew to everybody I know and will continue to do so.

  I am beyond impressed with First Choice Lending. First Choice helped me with re-financing a home loan. I had a very unique situation, involving my family, the VA and financially. The staff at First Choice knows every law, every requirement and every exception. They spent so much time exploring different options to find a solution that suited my individual needs. They worked fast, they kept in close touch with me throughout the entire process and answered every email and every question I had. I was treated like family and felt like they always had my best interest in mind. They worked with me with the utmost professionalism, and locked me into a great interest rate.   I am thoroughly impressed with the service of First Choice Loan Services! Each person there, handling our paperwork and tasks involved, worked in an extremely efficient manner, was polite, and over-the-top accommodating! In large letters on the conference room wall, “Service Beyond Belief”, is written. Wow, did they get that right! That is the most accurate description for them. My husband and I were extremely impressed at how knowledgeable they are, and how much money they saved us. I would highly recommend this company to ALL my closest friends and relatives!
