  Cathy Brentlinger-Fitzpatrick is by far the most efficient person I have ever worked with in getting a home loan. Her sense of urgency, her professionalism and her willingness to go above and beyond are why I would refer her to anyone looking for a loan. She fixed my credit score on a short notice, was with me every step of the way (actually two steps ahead of me). It is nice to feel like someone is so on top of it that you don't feel like you are chasing the process. Cathy is the best!

  The Underwriters take their time with the loan process. The reps continue to talk to you saying it’s getting handled but nothing would happen for a couple days. After I signed closing documents with Escrow, Fairway tried to have me send even more money above the closing costs because they failed to update paperwork on their end. It has been over 2 months now and i still haven’t received my keys. It would seem that my file would move faster considering the circumstances. This is my first home buy and it has been a nightmare. I refuse to buy another home through this company.
