  Synergy One Lending helped my dream become a reality. They have an amazing team! As s single Mother, I never thought owning my own home would be my reality. BUT because of Daniel and his team I am a HOMEOWNER! I still can't believe it sometimes. Daniel was amazing at educating me on the home buying process. He answered all my questions and met with me several times until I felt confident I understood everything.   Daniel and his team are exceptional and phenomenal. Typically, VA loans are complicated and delayed, but Daniel was able to close the escrow early, which is extremely uncommon for a VA loan. This home purchase has been a challenge because we had an incompetent realtor, but Daniel went above and beyond in completing the transaction and in getting the home ready for us. My family cannot thank him enough. We highly recommend him!

  a great experience for me! For the first time I was involved with two escrows at the same time. I had a lender to work with..Daniel made every thing come together. He got me thru the hectic moments! He was the ring master!! If you need a lender, you will like this company. If you go VA, there is no other choice. Daniel is the BEST when its comes to VA loans. I should know. This my 3rd VA loan. He is the best I have worked with, when it comes to VA loans.
