  Had to voice my concerns with this POS bank manager. I've been banking here for years, ever since I was a teenager! They held a check that was important to me and when I showed up for assistance, the bald and miserable bank manager wouldn't even lift a finger to help. My family banks here for personal and business, providing this establishment with a lot of money... I'm shocked that they would not release funds 1 business day early. Unacceptable way to show you care about your members. We will be reevaluating our banking partners moving forward, potentially moving to Navy Fed. Thanks for nothing. Enjoy losing long time members in my family, along with all our money.

  Great customer service, starting from the security guard up to Account Managers...also nice facilities, and have ATM drive thru.

  Went in to refinance and was told I'd be contacted the next day. they didn't even get the right information and then they got back to me 4 days later after I called in and left a voicemail only to tell me she hadn't run it cause she forgot what kind of car I had ?! Susie was no bueno.

  I've been in twice, and my wait in line is terrible!! 20-25 minutes on both times! Very disappointed!

  sad to say i'm a customer of such a technically challenged company.. 2017 impossible getting into online suite. years of tech issues. so upset. such a set back.
