  Best experience ever! This is my third house purchase, but now second time with Bay Equity... my only regret is that I didn’t work with this company from the beginning. Ray and team were wonderful the whole way through the process... they worked hard to get me the best rate and get my loan closed quickly— I’m beyond impressed.   I have had to do mortgages a few times due to having to move, but Ray Ferguson is easily the best mortgage officer in my experience. So helpful with my refi. Not just a paper filer, but a person really on your side who makes it work for you. I would only use Ray in the future.
