  I’ve been banking with Cabrillo for years now since the old Palm Avenue days! I moved away to the east coast and kept my banking with them because I trust them and have always received great support whenever I’ve needed assistance. Before the pandemic, I was visiting my parents and went into the Chula Vista branch and saw a familiar face there and was treated just as kindly as I was when I opened my savings account years before. Great team, great bank, I’m a happy camper!

  The staff at Cabrillo greets you as you walk in the door. They apologize if they keep you waiting, while they are helping other customers. They are always kind and compassionate. I not only bank for myself, but for my elderly mother, who has since passed. The staff was very helpful and gracious as I had to take care of my mother’s banking, and close out her accounts. I have been with this branch for many years, and have no plans on leaving. Thank you Cabrillo for this wonderful team.

  I've been a member of Cabrillo since the early 90s. Since then I've traveled and worked in Cuba, Italy and Canada, as well as several states. Cabrillo has met all my banking needs every where and every time. The customer service is superb, the services offered are what the members want and need, and I can honestly say I've never had a problem they could not resolve. I highly recommend Cabrillo Credit Union

  I've banked with Cabrillo for the past 35+ yrs. It has always been a pleasure to bank here. The staff is so nice, everyone they hire seems to be perfectly suited for the job. We feel special when you walk in the door. Everyone greets you by name and they are quick and efficient. I wouldn't change banks for the world/

  I used to hate going to the bank knowing that I'd be waiting in long lines until I switched to Cabrillo Credit Union. I bank with Cabrillo now and never seen long waiting lines. The tellers are all super friendly, the service is always great and quick.

  Everyone at this location is great I usually go in in a whirlwind because I am extremely busy. I have gotten my car loan completed, direct deposit forms done, checking business, opened an account for my daughter and through it all people were patient and efficient. If you are busy and need to get your banking done this is the place! Five star review for professionalism.

  i have been with Cabrillo for over 20 years and the credit union has always been run on solid principles its never been sold in all this time. The employees at the Chula Vista branch always have the answer when i have a question. I am a happy customer for a long time.
