  Recently visited with MCFCU about 2 issues. #1 credit card fraud. They were very helpful going over disputed charges and following thru with me to make sure each charge was reversed. #2 Purchasing CD's. Everything was patiently explained and all our question were answered regarding possible scenarios. We received excellent service from a patient and knowledgeable employee who spent about 45min with us as though there were nothing else she had to do. I'm so glad that my Mom is a member. She is in her mid 80's and gets to sad upset and confused when she receives impersonal personal service. This visit was a dream come true💐

  The staff here has always treated me extremely well and have gone out of their way to be helpful. I have never had such wonderful banking experiences until going through Mission City FCU. Victoria, in particular, is always doing everything she can to help my family reach their financial goals and immediate needs. I love this credit union!

  I have used this credit union for over 30 years. They are not a large bank, in fact, i think they may have only one location. However, they have always been great to work with and provided an awesome level of service that keeps me staying with them despite the few inconveniences that may result from a single location. I hope they are around for a long time more!

  Woman at the door was very rude at me and profiled me as soon as I walked in the door... She asked me if I live in the city multiple times with a condensing voice. Then she asked me where I work more than once like I was a phesant. I wasnt pleased for a place that is supposed to be professional at their job.

  Poor customer service, specially when you show up at the end of the day. Their ATM is not operated by them, you'll be charged 3 dollars every time.

We are a member of the Co-Op Shared Branch network, but not the Co-Op ATM network. So there is a fee for non members. We have a reimbursement program for Mission City members who use out of network ATMs. You are still welcome to walk into the branch if you need Co-Op access to your account.   Even though they say they are a member of CO-OP Credit unions they charge $3.00 for ATM transaction from other CO-OP members. See other comments.
