  I had a great experience with them. They don't estimate your stuff cheap and they give you a fair offer. Also you can take a loan from them instead of selling your stuff. Interest rate isn't high and you have several options for time that you can return their loan back. All staff were professional, respectful and trustworthy. I am so thankful from their help. Thank you guys!! They buy and sell gold, guitars, drawing, computers, watches, decorations and everything.

  I regularly come to this location from time to time and must say I’m never disappointed. I have used many of their services and also purchased items such as a Gucci Soho bag. Ramon is super helpful and I love how I’m in and out without wasting a lot of time. I’ll continue to be a customer because of their superior customer service.

  I came in with a several thousand dollar sapphire engagement ring set to see what I might get for it. And let me tell you - DO NOT BOTHER. Not only did the kid behind the counter know literally nothing about jewelry or gemstones, he dropped my ring on the floor THREE times before I had enough of his carelessness. They offered me $175.00 for the set because I "didn't have a price point in mind". I asked to borrow a jewelry loop to make sure the stones weren't damaged by the fall, and walked out.

  Absolutely not. Guy can't communicate, and did a scratch test on an impeccable unused gold watch without asking. Just don't. He didn't even want to give me an offer on the thing, told me "I don't need to share profit with him".
