  As someone who services the mortgage industry, I am very familiar with the rigors and details involved in the loan process. I work with thousands of loan originators, but when it came to doing my own loan, Shawn was my first choice, and he did not disappoint. Him and his team of experienced processors worked fast and efficiently to get my loan pre-approval done quicker than any other lender was able to do.   I am so grateful to have found Shawn/C2 Financial! Words could not describe how blessed I feel to have found him! I was stuck in a financial situation that was tough for me to get out of, and had spoke to my credit union and one other bank, which advised me I had to wait another year before they were able to fund me. I found Shawn on Yelp, and based on his great reviews, I decided to follow through with him/C2 financial. I spoke to him around mid July and was funded by September! When I had been waiting on my Credit Union for 6 months before I decided to move on somewhere else!(Santa Cruz Credit Union if it means anything to anyone) Although he/it seemed to be a company with lots of clientele NEVER once! did I feel I was second to anybody. Even when he was on vacation he responded quickly to my emails when I really wasn't expecting him to. Shawn is truly a perfectionist in his profession, and a Blessing in disguise for me in my life.   Shawn is the man. He helped us purchased our third home and he performed flawlessly. His communication was top notch and he was able to close escrow a week ahead of schedule (23 Days!). We also used a VA Loan which Shawn was super knowledgable about. Very few lenders know how to process these loans so Shawn's experience is rare. In a competitive housing market, you need a lender who can not only perform, but perform at a drop of a hat. Shawn is that guy. Don't waste your time searching anywhere else. Pick up the phone and make Shawn your first phone call. You will not regret it.

  We completed two simultaneous refinances with Shawn. He really did a great job for us. The rates he got were great, but one was especially low - much lower than the major banks, and lower than other brokers I spoke with prior to working with Shawn. The lenders asked for a lot of documentation, and Shawn kept it organized. When snags came up he was able to clearly explain what they meant and what we needed to do to satisfy the lenders' requirements. If we ever refinance again, we will certainly call Shawn. We give him our highest recommendation

  We were referred by our realtor to Shawn for the financing of our home purchase. The whole process went very smooth! As stressful as buying a home is, this financing part of the process was easy.   My husband and I used Shawn to purchase our first home, and he made the process run smoothly from start to finish. He asked great questions to get a clear picture of what we were looking for, and he gave us a great menu of options to fit our needs and budget. He recommended that we set up a TBD loan, which made our offer stronger, and the escrow process shorter. In hindsight, I think having the TBD loan documentation in hand when we put in our bid was one of the reasons our offer was accepted. Shawn was incredibly professional and communicated well with our real estate agent and every other person involved with the loan underwriting process. He gave us all thorough information and provided us the best loan options available....and we closed in 3 weeks, in the most competitive market in the country! Couldn’t have done this without Shawn.

  Shawn and team moved mountains to solution my loan in an extremely short turn-around time. Nothing slipped throughout the entire process and communication was exactly what you hope for instead of biting your nails uncertain what to expect. I didn't have time to hand hold, but also needed quick answer to the questions I did have. Shawn had me covered on all fronts and it was a great crossing the finish line on time. Strongly recommend ! I wish he had a brother that works on cars :-)
