7 people in line one teller. ATM not taking deposits. Then they take the one teller to do work for desk staff. Manage left us standing there. Worst branch, terrible customer service.

I doubt this place even cares about customer service. I just had an unbelievable experience here today. An asian woman who works in one of the offices of CPC, calls herself “Kim Tran”, clearly dislikes the idea that she has to meet customers, I think she thinks of herself as the head of the company. We have never been more disrespected nor have I met such an arrogant person. We merely wanted to check our status of application, on the first sight, with no greetings or smile, she implied that she wants us to leave and just call. When we say we prefer to wait, she explicitly shows frustration, disliking the idea that she had to do this cumbersome task. During the time she was assisting us, she constantly sighs and rolls her eyes at our request. After literally less than 3m pretentious call, she refuses to do any more work for us, telling us she cannot help, rudely gesturing us to leave. I’ve visited and done many tasks at Chase branches so I’m familiar with what can and cannot be done. I’ve done the same task just fine in the Berkeley branch. I still don’t believe we were treated this way, I was with my wife and 1 year old toddler. Kim Tran clearly believes she’s fit for more “important” work, rather than serving customers.

My wife and I have been the private clients with Chase more than 15 years. We had high quality customer care from Sunnyvale Chase branch 10 years ago when we lived in Sunnyvale. Then we moved to Santa Clara. Fortunately, we experienced more better customer services with Celine in Chase Santa Clara Branch. She is always providing the high quality service and introducing competitive rates, quality products if any. Mike has been our financial advisor for 5 years. We are so satisfied with his service by offering a professional, knowledgeable, and quality products. IF YOU need banking service, you will be very satisfy with CELINE service. IF YOU need financial service and planning, Mike is the one you should talk to.

Staff unwilling to uphold standard Chase Bank customer service and help potential customers, due to entering the bank too close to closing (half hour before). Would prefer to stand around and chat instead.

I've been with Chase since the time of Washington Mutual +20 years. I have multiple accounts with Chase for personal and businesses. The is the worst branch of the 5 other branches I dealt with. zero customer service for businesses. For the last two years, even before COVID-19, every time I need something to be done for my business, they make it so hard or I had to wait a long line then after waiting they informed me that the business specialist not here today and I have to come back or make an appointment. I tried one time to deposit a check for my business they asked me to return the check to my client then asked my client to issue another one because he forget to add the full name of my business, are they serious! despite the same clients used the same exact check many times in the past and it was processed successfully. They just wanted to make it hard for me and waste my time and my client's time. Today I had a phone call from Kim a business specialist, she asked me to come to the branch because they need some information about my business, I requested to refer me to another branch because I don't want to deal with them anymore. She threated me by restricting and closing my account if I don't come. I can't believe what I heard. I already informed her that I will submit a complaint. it was unprofessional. and seriously these business bankers at that chapter they should be provided some customer training related to business customers. Now I had to go to San Jose chapter or a different chapter in order to receive a better customer service and deal with people know more about business.

This is, in my opinion, one of the worst Chase branches in the area. Social distancing was not very well thought out. Instead of putting the few tellers every other window to allow proper distancing, they were crammed together. This does not allow for proper spacing for customers or tellers. What's the point of putting blue tape 6 ft apart in the waiting line, then cram people together at the window. Then have customers walk a narrow path right next to the line of people waiting. Direct customers to leave through another door. Hint - enter one door, exit the opposite door. This is not that difficult people. Get your act together branch manager and help stop this virus! And don't be rude when concerned customers make suggestions on distancing. Wake up!
