  After reading all the positive reviews, I had to come check this out for myself and see! I came here with my other half and we were looking for a personal loan and to move banks. I was amazed at how easy and simple the process was. Kristine Lugto was absolutely incredible and made the entire process super easy! I would highly recommend you make an appointment online to make sure you get the best service, especially if you are opening a new account like we did. They are non-profit and are member driven and this feels like a real credit union who actually wants to help people. Their rates are also some of the lowest I was able to find. Always do your research and I am glad we did ours! This is going to lead us to get other services here including a credit card and lines of credit all based on this experience. The branch is also super clean and well kept. Keep up the good work guys!

  Yolonda is awesome! She helped me with an urgent transfer transaction even though I came without an appointment. And the transaction was done smoothly and professionally.

  I'm very happy I went Patelco they were able to save me a lot of money on my auto refinance. Jawahar is very helpful and very friendly. This credit union has great staff always ready to help. Thanks for the big saving Patelco.

  Rita had no idea what a n alert on my account meant. She put us in a panic mode after running around for an hour or so (bank,apartment leasing office) we figured it was an alert because of our address as the apartment leasing office had been broken into. All she had to do was ask for ID cards and other documentation to prove that we are who we claim we are!!!

  Absolutely amazing, the entire team! I came in late after closing time, every member of the Patelco team stayed an extra hour to fulfill my needs. Would recommend to anyone!

  I went there requesting information about refinancing and all they did was asking my social security number and asked me why I dont get a credit card??? That's all I got from them. Never coming back...
