  I love love love Ken & his team! This is the 3rd time I've worked with Ken & team on financing / re-financing a home and I cannot say enough great things about all of them. Ken is not only my #1 favorite home financing person, he and I work together on the long term game plan for how my home purchases and refinancing play an integral part in building my financial wealth. Also, Katherine & Nolan (part of Ken's team) whom I've worked with on my mortgage transactions, are absolutely wonderful. They're all very knowledgeable, responsive and are all around great people. If you are in the market for a mortgage team, Millennium Mortgage Group is the best team in town.

  I highly recommend Millennium Mortgage! My loan officers were spectacular to work with. They were always available and made everything seem so much more manageable. Due to being a business owner and Real Estate Investor my tax returns always show a massive loss. The team at Millennium worked very hard to find the right loan for me and mad sure everything got done on time.

  Ken and his team were a dream to work with. They are professional, honest, thoughtful, diligent and ensured everything was in order for my home to close within a short time frame.   I could not be happier with Ken, Nolan and the rest of the team. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They worked closely with me every step of the way and made what typically is a stressful and complicated process, super easy and very smooth.   Attempted a refinance with 3 other groups to no avail and was hesitant to attempt with a 4th. Being a self-employed Realtor I've worked with many groups for clients and come to understand self-employment loans/refis are the most difficult. Millennium Mortgage, to my surprise, was able to pull off a great cash out refinance for my wife and I. We couldn't be happier with the ultimate results and their willingness and professionalism to take on a project where all others failed was beyond appreciated. Millennium Mortgage is my new go-to financing group for my clients.

  Delivered as promised. Very satisfied with the service of Ken Sarna and his Millenium team, specifically Nolan Saup. This is the second time we ask Ken to help us in our financial needs and we love the transparency and professionalism. We did a refinance of our mortgage and had the offer of one of the major mortgage companies nationwide. Millennium improved the conditions of the loan significantly, meeting our expectations in rate and term of the loan. Their website makes it easy and convenient to send documents. Recommend 100%.

  It was great to work with Ken, Kat, and their team on my application. They are truly professional, friendly, and helpful to complete my loan. Ken and his team were very efficient in communication and kindly answered each of my questions with details. They've also given me the best rate I could find from multiple lenders in a competitive market, and in fact, when my realtor heard my deal, he decided to work on his refinance with Millennium Mortgage. Besides answering my emails, text messages, and phone calls at any time of the week, they made the process of buying my first home go by so quickly and smoothly.   June 4th 2021, Ken Serna and his team made our reality come true, my husband and I closed escrow in 3 weeks or so and it was all because of Ken!!! He made it happen and his team was unbelievable, on top of everything and their direction was amazing. So thankful to Millennium Mortgage Group for making this happen for us. I truly recommend their services 100%, their immediate response from start to finish was great.
