  From first contacting Dax on the phone he took the time to listen and help structure the cash out refi with a lower APR that worked for us. His team Melissa and Ronnie were AWESOME. They let us know what paperwork was needed and helped us to obtain it. They also ensured paperwork was complete and turned in on time. Melissa also did a follow up to Ensure all the bills were paid.
