  After going to different mortgage groups I was losing hope in refinancing to a 15 yr loan. I received a referral to Kurt at Millennium from a very close friend. I contacted Kurt on a Friday, and by the end of the day, I had received all the information I was looking for. In less than a month, even with holidays, we closed on the exact loan I was looking for. Kurt made the process very easy. Communication, professionalism, and customer service were all top notch!!!

  Kurt was very flexible and usually always available to take a phone call. When he wasn't he always called back and gave me daily updates on how things went with my mortgage application.

  Kurt was extremely helpful and made himself available outside of business hours many times to help get our refinance done. Although a few issues came up (title, multiple individuals on documents, etc), Kurt took the time to explain each issue and what the best path would be for a solution. I would recommend Kurt to absolutely anybody looking for a refinance or similar services, as he did everything in his power to get us great refinance terms as well as minimize stress and concern.

  Kurt at Millennium Mortgage Group was able to assist us with what we thought were impossible loan conditions. We have owned our home for 24 years and refinanced 5 times (30 yrs each time) with multiple companies and received 'acceptable' service and conditions. However, Millennium is the most professional we have dealt with and Kurt is dedicated to not only finding the best deal for you, but working to find the best solution for your current and future home financing needs. We will never refinance again with a great 15 yr loan now.

  I went through 4 different lenders before coming to Millennium. Kurt was the first person I spoke to and I knew right away he was a no nonsense professional that would make sure things would get done. It took 3 months to finally close on my loan as I had to wait a total of 6 months from a previous refinance. The man is a saint. Never lost his patience and was always calm and collected. He gave us options and when we were ready to lock in the rate. He gave me an incredibly low rate. So low, I won't even mention it here for fear someone may change their minds. When we finally had everything drawn up, I was then dealing with Kat. She is another professional that you definitely want on your side. Very knowledgeable and made sure all the T's were crossed and I's dotted. She tied any loose ends and called me on the last day when my loan was going to fund. Explained final steps and it was exactly how she said it would be. If you're reading this, don't waste your time going anywhere else. This should be your one and only stop. You'll also save your credit from getting pulled too many times if your shopping around. Thanks so much Kurt and Kat, I will be looking for you both for my next loan.
