  It took over 6 months to get my mortgage refinanced. Multiple emails, calls to the branch manager, then they pulled my credit again while refinancing our vehicles, had auto pay set up, got a late payment notice, mortgage payments we nt up and I have left two messaged because now I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone.

  Crystal was the most helpful, patient, knowledgeable person I have encountered at Credit Union1. I've had so many unpleasant experiences with the credit union to the point that I wanted to close my account.
